Cardoso Limestone Slab

With the soft, flowing quality of a midnight ocean, Cardoso’s deep grey hues verge on shades of blue, traced with fine white veining. Hewn from small quarries near the village of Cardoso, in the Apuan Alps of Tuscany, this dense sedimentary limestone has a long tradition in the region’s architecture, and its toughness makes it as at home on a terrace as in a kitchen.
